Recurring House Cleaning
We provide weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly cleaning services for residences and small businesses. Our starting prices are based on square-footage and you will find that the more often we come, the more money you save!
Services are discounted for senior citizens.
One Time Cleaning
This service is for those who would like to have their home professionally cleaned on occasion but not with the same regularity or discounts offered with our "Ongoing House Cleaning" service.

After Party Cleaning
Was your party pretty spectacular but you put so much effort and energy into planning and decorating that you simply can't imagine cleaning up after it? Let us do it for you! This service can be scheduled for the morning after an evening event; between 3p-6p for an afternoon event; or the night of events that end by 8p (for an additional fee).
We reserve the right to decline service in areas that present safety issues for our employees.
Deep Cleaning
This is not your regular cleaning. Our "Deep Cleaning" service is the amped up version of Spring Cleaning that you can have any time of the year! Deep cleaning includes but is not limited to, mattress flipping & vacuuming; baseboard cleaning; and cleaning under/behind/on top of your stove and refrigerator.
Move In/Out Cleaning
If you are a realtor and a property needs a good cleaning before potential buyers visit, this service is for you. If you lease properties and need cleaning after a tenant has moved out or before a new tenant moves in, this service is for you. If you are a tenant moving out of a property and want to focus on unpacking and making your new place feel like home, this service is for you.
Cleaning/Organizing Classes
Is it a real struggle for you to keep your home or office clean and organized? Do you want to stay clean and organized but you need some help? Do you know of a few family members or friends who are also struggling? The Messy Mommy Service's owner, Shawntay A. Seals would love to come teach your family, friends, social groups, and/or clients how to transform your home from messy to maintained and from cluttered to clever.

Extended Hours
If you have a need that is beyond the scope of our normal operating hours give us a call. We may have an appointment slot available that is more suitable to your specific need. The fee for this service varies in accordance with your need.
Laundry Wash/Dry/Fold Service
Don't have time to wash & dry your laundry; need clothes dropped off to/picked up from the cleaners? We will handle it for you with wash/dry service done in your home or at the laundromat and dropped off at your residence the following business day at the specified time.
Yard Touch-Up
While "landscaping" is not our specialty, if your cleaning service is scheduled on a Saturday, you can puchase the Yard Touch-Up service to have our Yard Staff pick up any debris, mow and rake your yard.
Closet/Cabinet Organizing
If organized chaos is defeating you, let us help you win the battle! If your closets and/or cabinets are overflowing and it takes you longer than you believe it should, to find what you need, this service is for you. Either by color, category, style, or regularity of use, we will get you organized!

Inside Oven
Ovens tend to turn into a smoke-filled nightmare if they are not cleaned on a regular basis. If its time for your oven to be cleaned, save the strain on your back, let us take care of it with our quick clean method!
Interior Walls & Baseboards
Who has time to scrub walls and clean baseboards? We do! Not only do we have time to do it we enjoy it. If your desire is for your home/office to truly sparkle from top to bottom, this service is for you.
Pick Up/Drop Off
If you have items that need to be delivered to one of the local thrift stores we can pick them up and take them with us to be dropped off at the store of your choice after your cleaning. If you need a receipt for tax purposes just let us know the types and total estimated value of your donated items. We can mail your receipt to you or bring it back to your residence when its time for your next cleaning!
